Valentine’s Day 4-Course Dinner

Join us for a delightful evening and celebrate love at our 4-Course Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe Dinner!

Love is in the air, and J. Hollinger’s is ready to heat things up this Valentine’s Day with our special 4-course menu. Chef-Owner Jerry Hollinger has crafted a special menu that will impress, featuring a range of classic favorites and decadent new creations.

Whether you’re a seafood fan, a steak-lover or crave inventive culinary delights made with fresh seasonal ingredients, there’s something on our Valentine’s Day menu that’s sure to delight.

Chef Jerry Hollinger’s Valentine’s Day dinner features an amuse-bouche, exquisite starters, and a main course menu with highlights like Jumbo Scallops, Pan-Roasted Black Sea Bass, Rohan Duck Confit, Carrot Ricotta Ravioli, Black Angus Filet Mignon, and Braised Beef Short Ribs. Conclude your evening with delightful desserts like Blood Orange Creme Brulée, Chocolate Pot de Creme, and Tiramisu.

Menu upgrades will be available for those seeking alternative options beyond our already expansive prix-fixe menu offering.

Seating times begin at 5 p.m. 

Price per person: Starting at $75; tax and gratuity not included.  An automatic 20% service charge will be added to the final bill. The a la carte raw bar menu will be offered.  Our regular a la carte dinner menu will not be available on Valentine’s Day.

Please Note:  If canceled less than 72 hours before the date of the dinner, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the pre-paid $75 per person will be charged.

Cupid’s Bottomless Brunch Buffet

Cupid shot his arrow, and it landed at J. Hollinger’s. Join us on Saturday, February 17th for a special all-you-can-eat Brunch Buffet.

Whether you’re toasting to a new romance, cherishing long-lasting love, or celebrating friendship, we’d love to spoil you. Gather your loved ones, significant other, or a group of friends for a heartwarming rendezvous filled with good company and food crafted with love.

Made-to-Order Omelets

Elevate your brunch experience with our made-to-order Chef’s Omelets, featuring farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients. Choose from a selection of delightful options:

  • Hollinger’s Omelet: House-smoked ham, turkey sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinach, cheddar cheese, and Swiss cheese (+$7).
  • Crab Omelet: Crab meat, old bay cream cheese, and spinach (+$14).
  • Lobster Omelet: Lobster meat, asparagus, leeks, and dill crème fraiche (+$18).

Bottomless Tipsy Cupid Sangria

Make your brunch extra spirited with our Bottomless “Tipsy Cupid Sangria”, available in red and white. Add this delightful option for an additional $29 per person and revel in unlimited sips.
