J. Hollinger’s is overjoyed to celebrate our one-year anniversary with the Silver Spring community in May. In fact, we’re so excited, we decided one day wasn’t enough to show our gratitude, so we’re celebrating all month long!
While J. Hollinger’s has only been open for a year, we are proud to have been part of this community for 13 years, first at The Daily Dish which opened in in 2009, followed by The Dish & Dram in nearby Kensington in 2016.
Our founding chef, farmer, fisher, and owner, Jerry Hollinger, and the entire team at J. Hollinger’s Waterman’s Chophouse, wants to thank the community and all the beloved customers, who have grown to feel more like family, for their unwavering support. We can’t wait to share our greatest hits from year one, and show off a little of what’s to come.
