Celebrate the magic of New Year’s Eve with J. Hollinger’s at our exclusive “All That Glitters” 4-Course Prix Fixe New Year’s Eve Dinner!

Chef Jerry Hollinger’s specially curated New Year’s Eve celebration begins with an amuse bouche, followed by a selection of exquisite starters. Main course highlights include Grilled Bone-In Pork Chop with black-eyed peas and collard greens, Hanger Steak with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and Parmesan-crusted broccoli, or Statler Chicken Breast Saltimbocca stuffed with prosciutto and Gruyère. Seafood options feature a Crab Cake Entrée with fingerling potatoes and asparagus, Chesapeake Bay Rockfish with a saffron mussel cream sauce, or Squid Ink Lobster & Scallop Pasta in a creamy tarragon butter sauce. For a comforting yet elevated dish, try our Braised Lamb Shank with chive risotto and exotic mushrooms. Vegetarian guests will love our Cauliflower Steak with sautéed Swiss chard and chimichurri sauce. Concluding the dining experience is a decadent dessert and a gift of housemade chocolate truffles to savor at home.

Menu upgrades are available for those seeking alternative options beyond our already expansive prix-fixe menu. Enjoy premium selections such as the Prime Angus Beef Tenderloin Filet, served with a fried potato-parsnip basket, French green beans, and bordelaise sauce. For a heartier cut, try the 16 oz Prime Angus Bone-In Ribeye, complemented by creamed spinach, grilled fairy tale pumpkin, and chimichurri sauce. If you’re in the mood for an exquisite pairing, our Surf n’ Turf features a half lobster and a 6 oz filet with Béarnaise sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes, and a blend of green beans and leeks.

Price per person: $75 (pre-paid with reservation); tax and gratuity not included. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill. Additional menu upgrades and an a la carte raw bar will be offered. Our regular a la carte dinner menu will not be available on NYE.
