Celebrate the 14th Annual Silver Spring Blues Festival and Blues Week with an unforgettable evening, featuring an exclusive blues-inspired three-course prix-fixe dinner and a live performance by world-renowned Boogie Woogie Bluesman Daryl Davis & vocalist Deletta Gillespie.

Dinner and Show: Tuesday, June 13th, 2023, 5:30 PM – 8:45 PM, Show starts at 7 p.m.

Reserved seating in dining room for dinner and show: $25 per person ticket plus $45 blues-inspired prix-fixe dinner. Free parking available for all dinner guests.

Please Note:

  • The $25 ticket price supports the artists as well as the Silver Spring Blues Festival. It does not include food and beverage.
  • In addition to the $25 ticket price, there is a minimum $45 food and beverage per person for the dinner.  A $45 three-course prix fixe menu with multiple options will be available.
  • Seating will be available from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m for the dinner show.   The live performance starts at 7 p.m.
  • Cancellation policy: Contact J.Hollinger’s for a full refund of the $25 ticket price up to 7 days prior to the event (June 6th). Because of limited space, there are no refunds after June 6th.

About the Artists: 

Daryl Davis is an award-winning international music recording and touring artist, author, actor, and lecturer on race relations. Known for his energetic Blues, Boogie Woogie virtuosity, as well as his Rock’n’Roll piano playing and singing, he has shared the stage with Chuck Berry and many other musical icons.

Daryl is equally renowned for his expertise in facilitating deep dialogue on race relations, having helped over 200 KKK members leave the Ku Klux Klan. Through his work transforming hearts and minds, he has been recognized as the Rock’n’Roll Race Reconciliator, receiving numerous invitations from around the globe to share his incredible story.

Deletta Gillespie is an impassioned performing artist and a well-sought after vocalist. Having performed on stage her entire life, she has a lush yet powerful voice that soars with the Blues as well as with a wide range of musical styles. Deletta is also a multi-disciplinary teacher in the fields of theatre and Black history, and an activist who is deeply committed to creating opportunities for challenging and courageous conversation.
